QLINE™ enclosures are designed to accommodate larger controls and provide a broader range of size options while offering enhanced internal mounting flexibility compared to smaller QLINE products. Constructed with contoured bodies that feature flush cover screws, these enclosures are suitable for use in corrosive environments and can endure occasional submersion. The PCE series is made from impact-resistant polycarbonate, whereas the ABE series utilizes ABS, providing a more economical, non-UL rated alternative. Key attributes include opaque and clear covers that are also impact-resistant polycarbonate for the PCE series and opaque ABS for the ABE series, with materials that can be easily punched, drilled, filed, or sawed. Additionally, the enclosures come with strong, durable polyamide cross-point flush cover screws, a molded-in wire lead hole in the cover, and mounting tracks along the body side walls for PC card installation. Internal pads are molded for the mounting of optional panels, rails, and other components. The seamless foam-in-place gasket ensures that the enclosures are water-tight and dust-tight, and the materials used are halogen-free.
