Qline™ D polycarbonate and ABS enclosures feature contoured bodies with flush cover screws, offering an attractive and contemporary appearance while ensuring functionality in corrosive environments and occasional submersion. The polycarbonate for the PCD series and ABS for the ABD series provide impact resistance and versatility. Both opaque and clear covers are made from impact-resistant materials, with the polycarbonate being easily punched, drilled, filed, or sawed. The enclosures have straight side walls that allow for ganging of multiple units, cross-point captivated cover screws made of stainless steel, and mounting holes molded directly adjacent to the cover screws. Cover screws are protected by removable caps that not only enhance aesthetics but also provide tamper resistance. Additionally, molded internal pads accommodate the mounting of optional panels, rails, and other components, while panel mounting features are available on both the body and cover. A seamless foam-in-place gasket ensures a water-tight and dust-tight seal, and screws are provided for mounting optional panels. The material is halogen-free, contributing to its environmentally friendly credentials.
