The Hoffman Q20129PCEMC Qline™ J box is a Type 4X enclosure designed for EMC applications, measuring 200x120x85 mm and constructed from impact-resistant polycarbonate. This enclosure features a conductive coating in both the base and cover to ensure EMC protection, while the gasket is made of silver/silicone for enhanced sealing. The design includes molded mounting holes located directly under the flush cover screws, which are made of stainless steel and captive for convenience. Additionally, mounting tracks along the body side walls and bosses on the cover facilitate the installation of PC cards. Cover screws are protected by removable caps that not only enhance aesthetics but also provide tamper resistance. The enclosure is equipped with molded internal pads that allow for the mounting of optional panels, rails, and other components, with screws included for the installation of these optional accessories.
