The kit includes impact-resistant and penetration-resistant guards constructed from aircraft-quality aluminum alloy, ensuring maximum durability. The dimensions of the guards are 12 inches high, 6-1/2 inches wide at the top, and 3 inches wide at the bottom, providing an optimal fit. The guards feature padded top and bottom sections designed to absorb shock and enhance comfort, secured at both ends with 5/8-inch web straps. Additionally, moisture will not lead to deterioration of the materials. The rugged aluminum alloy foot and shin guards are engineered to allow free leg movement in any direction, with the shin guard covering the front of the leg through 180 degrees, reaching a full height of 16-3/4 inches. Ellwood Safety offers modification of guards to meet customer specifications and can produce special guards tailored to specific needs, although custom guards tend to be more labor-intensive and costlier than standard products.
