The foot guards are metal shields designed to be worn over shoes, providing comprehensive protection to the entire foot, including the instep and toes, against falling, rolling, or flying objects as well as accidental tool blows. Engineered to withstand an impact of 75 foot pounds, these foot guards feature a large safety factor. They fit any shoe without designated rights or lefts and are available in 6" extra-large and 6-1/2" extra-large widths. The lightweight design allows for comfortable all-day wear. To ensure proper positioning, the guards incorporate a rubber toe clip, crossbar, and are secured with either a one-piece rubber strap with a tension buckle or a two-piece leather strap (LS) with a spring fastening device. Extra-large foot guards are exclusively available in aluminum alloy, while standard foot guards come with a partial rubber sole (rubber toe clip) and can be customized with an optional steel toe clip (ST). These foot guards comply with federal regulations and provide protection that meets ANSI-Z41 standards.
