The Scotch-Brite™ Light Cleansing Hand Pad 7445 is designed for applications requiring a mild abrasive, featuring a conformable web and fine mineral composition for gentle cleaning and fine finishing. This versatile hand pad is effective on a variety of surfaces, including vinyl, porcelain, glass, and plastic, and is also suitable for light cleaning of stainless steel, chrome, and painted surfaces, as well as for wax mold deflashing and top coat rubbing of wood. It serves as a convenient alternative to steel wool, providing results comparable to steel wool grade 0000, but without the rust and splinters. The hand pads are ready to use straight out of the box. Scotch-Brite™ products integrate abrasives into non-woven nylon fibers, resulting in a unique abrasive system that ensures consistent performance throughout the product's lifespan.
