3M™ Hookit™ paper sheet 236U measures 3" x 4" with P320 grit aluminum oxide abrasive, designed for use with a 3 x 4 inch orbital sander. It features a strong C-weight paper backing that resists tearing and edgewear during aggressive sanding, and it is resin-bonded for heat resistance, which enhances durability and cut performance. The sheet has an open coat and load-resistant coating to improve dust management and cutting efficiency by preventing clogging, making it suitable for sanding paint, primer, wood, metal, plastic, composites, and fiberglass. It attaches securely to a 3M™ Hookit™ pad (75 x 100 mm) for easy sheet changes and multiple uses throughout the sheet’s life. The product is intended for high production sanding operations as well as general-purpose applications, offering a fast cut rate and extended life due to the aluminum oxide mineral abrasive.
