The 3M™ Scotch-Brite™ Clean and Finish Sheet measures 9" x 11" with a medium grit aluminum oxide abrasive. It features a conformable non-woven web combined with aluminum oxide mineral, which is a hard, blocky abrasive providing high cut-rate and long life. This sheet is designed for blending, cleaning, and finishing applications, including contour finishing, lacquer finishing, and polishing on metals, wood, composites, and advanced surfaces. The flexible sheet effectively reaches hard-to-access areas to produce a uniform finish and is suitable for cabinetry, custom woodworking, millwork, furniture, metal fabrication, and primary wood and panel processing. These washable and reusable sheets resist loading and maintain consistent conditioning throughout their life. They can be used by hand for precise control, with a hand pad block for uniform finishing, or on an in-line sander for larger coverage. Scotch-Brite™ sheets are also available with silicon carbide, which is sharp and ideal for low-pressure applications such as paint prep and finishing, or talc for mild abrasive applications to achieve satin or high gloss finishes. The open-web non-woven fiber matrix combined with the abrasive mineral delivers consistent results, runs cool, and resists loading.
