The 3M™ Utility Cloth Sheet 211K measures 9" x 11" and features a 500 grit aluminum oxide abrasive, designed as a lightweight cloth sandpaper for hand sanding tasks. This closed coat product incorporates aluminum oxide minerals, offering durability and fast cut-rate performance suitable for a variety of metalworking and woodworking applications, including repairing metal finishes, rust and contaminant removal, deburring, blending, fine sanding, polishing, and surface preparation for paints and coatings. The cloth backing provides flexibility for sanding circular edges or small pieces without tearing easily or losing grit, and it can be torn by hand when smaller pieces are required. It is effective for use on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals in industries such as marine and maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO).
