The 3M™ Scotch-Brite™ Clean and Finish Roll 6" x 10 yds Talc is designed for finishing, blending, polishing, and cleaning a variety of metals, wood, and plastic surfaces, including hard-to-reach areas. The roll stock can be easily cut to any length and provides consistent surface conditioning throughout the product's life. It features load resistance that keeps the abrasive particles exposed to maintain a consistent cut rate. The general-purpose pad can be used by hand for precise control or paired with a hand pad holder for uniform finishing on wider stock, as well as on inline or oscillating sanders to cover larger areas. The product is made with talc abrasive mineral, a mild abrasive used to achieve a satin finish or, when combined with polish, a high gloss finish in topcoat rubbing applications. Scotch-Brite™ Clean and Finish Rolls are manufactured with abrasives embedded in a non-woven fiber matrix, creating an open-web material that runs cool and is load resistant, minimizing clogging and maintaining high performance. Applications include blending, cleaning, contour finishing, finishing, and lacquer sanding, serving industries such as metalworking, maintenance, repair and operations (MRO), and woodworking.
