The 3M™ full tapered cartridge roll 747D measures 1/2" x 1-1/2" x 1/8" and features Cubitron P120 grit, making it ideal for metal finishing in small, hard-to-reach areas such as corners or inside pipes. The cartridge roll combines aluminum oxide and 3M™ ceramic grain on a strong cotton backing surrounding a solid mandrel core and is available in both tapered and regular designs. It is suitable for applications including blending, blending corners, contour finishing, deburring, deburring internal diameters, grinding, polishing, and polishing internal diameters, primarily within the metal fabrication industry.
