The 3M™ Stikit™ Gold Paper Sheet Roll 216U measures 2-3/4" wide by 30 yards long and features P120 grit aluminum oxide abrasive. It combines open coat aluminum oxide abrasive grains on a lightweight paper backing with a pressure-sensitive adhesive backing, allowing quick and easy attachment to 3M™ Stikit™ hand pads (sold separately) for finishing applications. The open coat construction spaces abrasive grains to reduce loading by wood or paint dust, enhancing cutting efficiency and producing a smooth finish, while the load-resistant coating extends the life of the abrasive. This roll is designed for use on 2-3/4" wide Stikit™ hand pads in various lengths, and is suitable for lightweight hand sanding tasks such as finishing varnish, sealers, lacquer sanding, scuffing, sealant removal, varnish stripping, cabinetry, custom woodworking, millwork, furniture, and primary wood and panel processing. The product provides a more aggressive cut than comparable closed coat abrasives of the same grit, making it ideal for a range of woodworking and finishing needs.
