3M™ Stikit™ paper sheet roll 426U measures 2-3/4" x 50 yards and features 320 grit silicon carbide abrasive on an A-weight light paper backing with a pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) for secure attachment to sanding blocks and quick, clean removal. The abrasive has an anti-loading coating and an open coat design that is fast cutting, load resistant, and produces a smoother finish compared to aluminum oxide or garnet abrasives. The silicon carbide mineral is synthetic and sharp, ideal for final finishing applications including paint preparation, white wood sanding, sealer sanding, solid surface finishing, general sanding, finishing, blending, surface leveling, clear coat dulling, staining or painting prep, lacquer sanding, scuffing, sealant removal, varnish stripping, cabinetry, custom woodworking, millwork, furniture production, and primary wood and panel processing. The product is sized for various sanding blocks to reduce waste and provide bulk stock for high production environments. The lightweight paper backing contributes to ease of use and efficient sanding, while the PSA backing ensures the abrasive stays securely in place during use and can be changed out easily when worn without leaving residue, maintaining a clean surface for the next sheet.
