The 3M™ Stikit™ Gold Paper Sheet Roll 216U measures 2-3/4" x 45 yards and features P180 grit aluminum oxide abrasive on a lightweight paper backing with an open coat design and load-resistant coating. It includes a pressure-sensitive adhesive backing for quick, easy attachment to 2-3/4 inch wide 3M™ Stikit™ hand pads (sold separately) suitable for various lengths. The aluminum oxide grains provide durable, long-lasting abrasive performance for lightweight hand sanding and finishing applications such as varnish, sealers, whitewood, and light color substrates. The open coat spacing prevents loading by allowing dust and debris to accumulate between grains, maintaining cutting efficiency and producing a smooth finish with an aggressive cut for faster results compared to closed coat abrasives of the same grade. This sheet roll is ideal for finishing, lacquer sanding, scuffing, sealant removal, varnish stripping, cabinetry, custom woodworking, millwork, furniture, and primary wood and panel processing industries.
