The Bluff Value Engineered Mezzanine, model MEZ-50508-BDRD, measures 50'W x 50'D x 8'H and provides a total of 2500 sq. ft. of usable space with a clearance of 96 inches. This mezzanine features a gray diamond seal 3/4" tongue and groove resin deck supported by a 22-gauge type-B subfloor, with the underside painted white to enhance brightness. Included in the package are 196 lineal feet of handrail and 196 lineal feet of kick plate, along with a 36" wide OSHA-compliant stairway and a 4' x 4' top landing. Bluff's mezzanine structures can accommodate various applications such as raised offices, material and record storage, stockrooms, assembly or distribution systems, and conveyor support systems, tailored to the specific demands of your facility. The design allows for flexibility in addressing standard space provision to extreme point loading and wide clearance requirements.
