The 336 sq. ft. mezzanine boasts an 108" clearance and features a gray diamond seal 3/4" tongue and groove resin deck with a 22-gauge type-B subfloor, whose underside is painted white to maximize brightness. The mezzanine includes 70 linear feet of handrail, 70 linear feet of kick plate, a 36" wide OSHA-compliant stairway, and a 4' x 4' top landing. It comes with a 30-year warranty against manufacturer's defects.
