The Bluff Value Engineered Mezzanine, model MEZ-10128-BDRD, measures 10'W x 12'D x 8'H and provides a total of 120 sq. ft. with a 96" clearance. This mezzanine features a gray diamond seal 3/4" tongue and groove resin deck supported by a 22-gauge type-B subfloor, with the underside of the subfloor painted white to enhance brightness. Additionally, the kit includes 40 lineal feet of handrail and 40 lineal feet of kick plate, a 36" wide OSHA-approved stairway, and a 4' x 4' top landing. Bluff offers a variety of custom configurations to meet specific space requirements, whether for raised offices, material or record storage, stockrooms, assembly or distribution systems, or conveyor support systems. The steel mezzanine structures are designed to address unique demands in existing facilities, accommodating various space provisions, point loading, and clearance requirements.
