The 496 sq. ft. mezzanine features a 120" clearance and is equipped with a gray diamond seal 3/4" tongue and groove resin deck alongside a 22-gauge Type-B subfloor, with the underside painted white to enhance brightness. The mezzanine includes 90 linear feet of handrail and 90 linear feet of kick plate, complemented by a 36" wide OSHA stairway and a 4' x 4' top landing. Designed to optimize space efficiency, mezzanine systems convert overhead volume into usable storage, operations, maintenance, or equipment support areas. The systems are engineered with bolt together configurations, eliminating the need for field welding, which reduces installation costs and facilitates easier modifications and future expansion.
