The 672 sq. ft. mezzanine with a 120" clearance features a gray diamond seal 3/4" tongue and groove resin deck with a 22-gauge type-B subfloor, whose underside is painted white to maximize brightness. The mezzanine includes 122 linear feet of handrail and 122 linear feet of kick plate, as well as a 36" wide OSHA stairway and a 4' x 4' top landing. It is backed by a 30-year warranty against manufacturer's defects.
