The HW1212 is a top-of-the-line horizontal wet miter band saw designed for various cutting applications. It features a capacity under guides of 12" round and 12" x 10" rectangle at 90°, 9" round and 9" square at 45°, and 6" round and 6" square at 60°. The saw utilizes a 1" wide x 11' 8" long bi-metal blade with a thickness of .035. It offers a swivel capability of 60° in both directions and includes blade guards for the pulleys and blade. The blade speeds can be adjusted to 70, 140, or 270 surface feet per minute (SFPM), with a table height of 30" from the floor. The hydraulic feed system allows for controlled feeds, while the cast iron wheels enhance durability. The overall dimensions of the saw are 26" in width, 63" in height, and 73" in length. Special features include a blade cleaning brush, adjustable cast iron guide arms, an automatic shutoff with a safety magnetic starter, and a quick-action vise that can be positioned on either side. The coolant system is equipped with side splash panels, a coolant pump rated at 3.5 gallons per minute (GPM), and an 8-gallon coolant reservoir featuring adjustable needle valve flow control.
