Lineshaft driven live roller conveyors feature a unique design where rollers are independently driven by a urethane belt from a common drive shaft. The conveyor operates through a driveshaft that extends the full length, transmitting power to the rollers via a drive spool and belt, allowing for product accumulation with minimal back pressure when sufficient load is applied. These conveyors are suitable for light loads of up to 15 lbs per roller and can operate at speeds ranging from 25 to 120 feet per minute. They are particularly effective for flat-bottomed, evenly distributed loads seen in distribution and warehousing, food packaging, and parcel handling applications, ideally in clean, dry, oil-free environments. The kit includes a conveyor that is 3 feet long with an 18-inch space between the frame, featuring 1.9-inch diameter x 16-gauge galvanized rollers positioned on 3-inch centers, powered by a 1 HP variable speed controller running on 115VAC - 1 phase non-reversing. Additionally, it comes with two supports designed for a 36-inch top of roller height.
