Product Details
Lineshaft driven live roller conveyors feature a design where rollers are independently driven by a urethane belt from a common drive shaft, allowing for efficient operation. This conveyor system utilizes a drive shaft that runs the entire length of the conveyor, transmitting power to the rollers through a drive spool and belt. When back pressure is applied to the conveyed product, the spools driving the rollers will slip, enabling product accumulation with minimal back pressure. Suitable for light loads of up to 15 lbs per roller and speeds ranging from 25 to 120 feet per minute, these conveyors are ideal for flat-bottomed, evenly distributed loads commonly found in distribution, warehousing, food packaging, and parcel handling applications. Optimal performance is achieved in clean, dry, oil-free environments. The conveyor features a length of 7 feet, with an 18-inch frame spacing and utilizes 1.9-inch diameter, 16-gauge galvanized rollers spaced on 3-inch centers, along with one support for a 36-inch top of roller. It is important to note that this item is a slaved unit and must be coupled to a separate drive section to function. The maximum run lengths achievable by a single drive section include 40 feet with a ½ HP motor, 60 feet with a ¾ HP motor, and 80 feet with a 1 HP motor.
