The Omni Metalcraft Lineshaft 90-degree slave curve LSSC1.9X16-16-3-90-T features a 2-1/2"-1-11/16" diameter with a 16" between frame. This lineshaft driven live roller conveyor employs rollers that are independently driven by a urethane belt from a common drive shaft, allowing for efficient product accumulation with minimal back pressure. The conveyors are capable of handling light loads (up to 15 lbs/roller) at speeds ranging from 25 to 120 feet per minute and are optimized for flat-bottomed, evenly distributed loads typical in distribution, warehousing, food packaging, and parcel handling scenarios. Ideal operational conditions are clean, dry, and oil-free environments. Key features include a 90-degree curve, zinc plated tapered rollers on 3" centers, and two supports for a 36" top of roller. This is a slave unit that must be coupled with a separate drive section to operate; it is compatible only with other Omni Metalcraft lineshaft conveyors. The maximum run lengths that a single drive section can drive are 40 feet with a ½ HP motor, 60 feet with a ¾ HP motor, and 80 feet with a 1 HP motor.
