The conveyor operates via a driveshaft running the full length, transmitting power to the rollers through a drive spool and belt, allowing for product accumulation under back pressure with minimal resistance. These conveyors are suitable for light loads up to 15 lbs per roller and operate at speeds ranging from 25 to 120 feet per minute, making them ideal for flat-bottomed, evenly distributed loads commonly found in distribution, warehousing, food packaging, and parcel handling applications. They perform best in clean, dry, oil-free environments. This conveyor system has a length of 3 feet, a frame spacing of 22 inches, includes 1.9-inch diameter by 16-gauge galvanized rollers on 3-inch centers, a power requirement of 1 HP, operates at 115VAC single phase, and features a non-reversing on/off switch. Additionally, it comes with two supports for a 36-inch top of roller.
