The conveyor operates with a driveshaft running the full length, transmitting power to rollers via a drive spool and belt, allowing products to accumulate with minimal back pressure. These conveyors are ideal for transporting light loads (up to 15 lbs per roller) at speeds ranging from 25 to 120 feet per minute, and are designed for flat-bottomed, evenly distributed loads commonly found in distribution, warehousing, food packaging, and parcel handling. The optimal operating conditions for lineshaft performance include clean, dry, oil-free environments. Key features of this conveyor include a length of 10 feet, a frame spacing of 16 inches, and 1.9-inch diameter x 16 gauge galvanized rollers on 3-inch centers, with two supports for a 36-inch top of roller. It is important to note that this item is a slaved unit and must be connected to a separately sold drive section to function. Additionally, slaved and driven sections are only compatible with other Omni Metalcraft lineshaft conveyors. The maximum run lengths for a single drive section are 40 feet with a ½ HP motor, 60 feet with a ¾ HP motor, and 80 feet with a 1 HP motor.
