The drive shaft runs the full length of the conveyor, transmitting power to the rollers via a drive spool and belt, allowing for product accumulation with minimal back pressure when conveyed items are present. This conveyor is suitable for light loads of up to 15 lbs per roller, operating at speeds ranging from 25 to 120 feet per minute. It is specifically designed for flat-bottomed, evenly distributed loads commonly found in distribution, warehousing, food packaging, and parcel handling applications. The unit measures 3 feet in length, with a 22-inch frame width and features 1.9-inch diameter by 16-gauge galvanized rollers on 3-inch centers, powered by a 1/2 HP motor operating at 115VAC, 1 phase, with a non-reversing on/off switch.
