Lifeshaft driven live roller conveyors are designed with a unique concept in powered conveyance, utilizing rollers independently driven by a urethane belt from a common drive shaft. The conveyor features a driveshaft that runs the full length of the system, transmitting power to the rollers via a drive spool and belt. This allows for product accumulation with minimal back pressure, making them ideal for light loads (up to 15 lbs/roller) at speeds ranging from 25 to 120 feet per minute. These conveyors are specifically suited for flat-bottomed, evenly distributed loads commonly found in distribution and warehousing, food packaging, and parcel handling applications. The optimal operating conditions are clean, dry, and oil-free environments to maximize performance. The conveyor system includes a length of 3 feet, with 16 inches between frames, 1.9-inch diameter by 16-gauge galvanized rollers on 3-inch centers, a 1/2 HP motor, and operates on 115VAC single phase with a non-reversing variable speed controller. Additionally, it comes with two supports for a top of roller height of 36 inches.
