The CS-Series of carton sealers are operator fed and specifically designed for heavy-duty applications, providing reliability, cost-effectiveness, and durability while ensuring a professional locking seal. The CS-6050 semi-automatic uniform carton sealer features an easy manual carton side adjustment and a 4-belt design with 2 belts on the top and 2 on the bottom. The machine includes infeed and exit conveyors, casters, and a power cord with a plug. Operators simply fold the top flaps of the corrugated carton and feed it into the machine, which applies a single tape to both the top and bottom of the case simultaneously. The CS-6050 can be adjusted rapidly to accommodate different carton sizes, making it particularly suitable for taller boxes. Key features include an adjustable table height, a heavy-duty frame, manual adjustments for height and width for various box sizes, up and down driving, and the option for a stainless steel finish.
