The all-in-one box forming, packing, and sealing solution is designed to enhance output while minimizing operator repetitive motion, eliminating the need for an expensive case erector. This equipment efficiently seals boxes using 3" wide tape, accommodating dimensions ranging in length from 7.8 to 23-5/8 inches, width from 6.5 to 19.6 inches, and height from 4 to 19.6 inches. It features a heavy-duty 2mm CNC cut and welded frame with upper welded legs, a self-centering extended belt drive system equipped with one-piece molded belts and a V-belt guide with rollers to reduce wear on the belts and stress on the motors, thereby extending the lifespan of both components. The machine is capable of folding the top three flaps and bottom four flaps, and includes exclusive pop-out high-speed tape heads with patented tab adjustment and a noise reduction arm, as well as top compression rollers. Optional width rails are available for use with narrower or wider boxes. This product is backed by a limited warranty of 1 year.
