This simple pack and seal system is a cost-saving solution for carton sealing applications using 2" wide tape to seal the top and bottom cases ranging in length from 6" and up, width of 4.25-20", and height of 3.5-20.5". The kit includes a 2" head, conveyors, legs, box stabilizer, stopper, and casters. It features a heavy-duty 2mm CNC cut and welded frame with upper welded legs, a self-centering belt drive system incorporating one-piece molded belts with a V-belt guide and rollers behind the belts to minimize wear and tear, and reduce stress on the motors, thereby extending belt and motor life. The system allows for width and height adjustments, and the electrical on/off box can be mounted on either side of the machine. It boasts an exclusive pop-out high-speed tape mechanism with patented tab adjustment and a noise reduction arm, as well as standard four roller upper side compression. This system requires no air, operating solely on electric power at 110V, 60 Hz. This product comes with a limited warranty of 1 year.
