This simple pack and seal system is designed for carton sealing applications, utilizing 3" wide tape to seal cases with lengths ranging from 6" and up, widths of 4.25-20", and heights of 3.5-20.5". The system includes a 2" head, conveyors, legs, a box stabilizer, a stopper, and casters. Key features include a heavy-duty 2mm CNC cut and welded frame with upper welded legs, a self-centering belt drive system with one-piece molded belts featuring a V-belt guide and rollers to minimize wear on the belts and stress on the motors, enhancing both belt and motor longevity. The machine also offers width and height adjustments, with the electrical on/off box easily mounted on either side. Notable innovations include an exclusive pop-out high-speed tape with patented tab adjustment and noise reduction arm, as well as a standard four-roller upper side compression. The system operates without the need for air, powered by electricity at 110V and 60 Hz. This product is backed by a limited warranty of 1 year.
