The semi-automatic random case sealer adjusts automatically for the height and weight of the cartons, capable of sealing the top and bottom of cases using 3" wide tape. It accommodates carton lengths from 6" and up, widths of 5.5-20", and heights of 4-21". The sealer features a heavy-duty 2mm CNC cut and welded frame, including upper welded legs, and utilizes a self-centering belt drive system with one-piece molded belts and V-belt guides, which are equipped with rollers behind the belts to reduce wear and tear and increase the life of both the belts and motors. It also includes exclusive pop-out high-speed tape heads with patented tab adjustment and a noise reduction stabilizing arm. The device is powered by heavy-duty SMC oil-less cushioned air cylinders and contains quality UL-approved electrical components. It offers an adjustable bed height and an electrical on/off box that can be mounted on either side of the sealer. Additionally, there is an optional height range of 8-25" available upon request. This product comes with a limited warranty of 1 year.
