The semi-automatic adjustable case sealer is designed to fulfill light to heavy duty uniform carton sealing applications. Utilizing 2" wide tape, it effectively seals the top and bottom of cases with dimensions ranging from 6" in length, 4.25-20" in width, and 3.5-20.5" in height. Key features include a heavy duty 2mm CNC and welded frame, which includes upper welded legs, a self-centering belt drive system with 1 piece molded belts and a V-belt guide featuring rollers behind the belts to reduce wear and tear, minimize stress on the motors, and enhance both belt and motor life. The sealer is equipped with exclusive pop-out high speed tape heads that incorporate patented tab adjustment and a noise reduction arm, as well as an exclusive 4 roller upper side compression that comes standard. An optional height range of 8-24.5" is available upon request. This product is backed by a limited warranty of 1 year.
