The semi-automatic random case sealer adjusts automatically for the height and weight of the cartons, sealing the top and bottom of cases with 2" wide tape. It accommodates cartons ranging in length from 6" and up, with a width of 4.5-20" and height of 4-21". This sealer features a heavy-duty 2mm CNC cut and welded frame, including upper welded legs, and a self-centering belt drive system equipped with one-piece molded belts and a V-belt guide with rollers that reduce wear on the belts and strain on the motors, thereby prolonging their lifespan. It also incorporates exclusive pop-out high-speed tape heads with patented tab adjustment and a noise reduction stabilizing arm, alongside heavy-duty SMC oil-less cushioned air cylinders. The sealer is built with quality UL approved electrical parts and includes an adjustable bed height. The electrical on/off box can be mounted on either side of the sealer, and there is an optional height range of 8-25" available upon request. This product comes with a limited warranty of 1 year.
