WNS-200D is a table-top direct heat sealer designed to seal various thermoplastic materials, including aluminum foil, kraft paper, cellophane, Mylar, polypropylene, poly-nylon, and other thicker materials, with the exception of polyethylene. It accommodates materials up to 8 inches wide and 20 mil thick. The sealer features a digital control panel that ensures consistent and reliable sealing, and the sealing bars are enclosed with heat-resistant plastic bars for safer operation. The WNS-200D has a strong 10mm seal width with a meshed seal style, protector bars around the sealing jaws, and its sleek, compact design makes it ideal for manufacturing facilities with limited workspace. It operates easily by setting the temperature (displayed in Celsius) and seal time, starting with a minimal setting and gradually increasing temperature as needed. This product includes a limited warranty of 6 months.
