The all-in-one box forming, packing, and sealing solution is designed to increase output while reducing operator repetitive motion, eliminating the need for a costly case erector. This machine efficiently seals the bottom of cases using 2" wide tape, accommodating lengths ranging from 7.8 to 23-5/8 inches, widths between 6.5 and 19.6 inches, and heights starting from 3 inches and above. It features a heavy-duty 2mm CNC cut and welded frame with upper welded legs, a self-centering extended belt drive system utilizing one-piece molded belts and a V-belt guide with rollers that reduces wear on belts, stress on motors, and prolongs the lifespan of both. The system folds the top three flaps and bottom four flaps, incorporates exclusive pop-out high-speed tape heads with patented tab adjustment and noise reduction arm, and includes top compression rollers. Optional width rails are available for accommodating narrower or wider boxes. This product comes with a limited warranty of 1 year.
