The super strong open front smoking shelter features a tough yet lightweight black steel frame with a clear curved roof and clear side panels, designed for easy assembly by simply bolting the components together. This freestanding smoking area complies with smoking ban legislation and is constructed with a mild steel frame featuring a tube size of 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 3/32", which is shot blasted, zinc coated, and polyester powdered coated for enhanced durability. The roof is supported by curved mild steel beams and is made of 5/8" cellular multiwall polycarbonate, providing high impact resistance and a UV protective coating. The side panels consist of mild steel pre-glazed with 3/16" super strong polycarbonate glazing, also featuring a UV protective coating. The shelter carries a 10-year warranty against discoloration on the roof and side panels and requires a solid, level base for installation. Assembly time is typically 4 to 6 hours with two qualified workpeople, and all mounting fixings are included. The shelter is delivered flat-packed on a pallet with complete assembly instructions. Additionally, due to Florida building code regulations, wind-load requirements in Florida range from 130 mph to 180 mph, and some shelters cannot be sold there; shelters sold in Florida will necessitate engineering services at an additional cost, with site-specific engineered drawings and calculations for building code compliance available if needed.
