The super strong open front smoking shelter features a tough yet lightweight black steel frame with a clear curved roof and clear side panels, designed for easy assembly by simply bolting together. This outdoor smoking shelter creates a designated freestanding smoking area for your premises and complies with smoking ban legislation. Constructed with a mild steel frame using tube size 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 3/32", the frame is shot blasted, zinc coated, and then coated with proxy/polyester powder, providing greater durability. The roof is supported by curved mild steel beams and features a 5/8" cellular multiwall polycarbonate material, known for its strength, durability, high impact resistance, and UV protective coating. The side panels are made of mild steel, pre-glazed with surface fixing rivets, and incorporate 3/16" super strong polycarbonate glazing also with UV protective coating. The shelter comes with a 10-year warranty against discoloration on the roof and side panels. It requires a solid, level base for fixing, and assembly typically takes 4 to 6 hours for two qualified workpeople, with all mounting fixings supplied. The product is delivered flat-packed on a pallet with full assembly instructions. Note that due to Florida building codes, the wind-load requirements in Florida range from 130 mph to 180 mph, and shelters sold to Florida will necessitate engineering services at an additional cost. Site-specific engineered drawings and calculations for building code compliance are available for an additional fee if required.
