The No Butts 4-Sided Smoking Shelter SR1562-F-BLK is a freestanding structure measuring 10'4"W x 7'D x 7'11"H, featuring a robust aluminum composite roof and a sturdy yet lightweight black steel frame. This smoking shelter is designed for easy assembly by bolting the components together, creating a designated smoking area that complies with smoking ban legislation. The frame is constructed from mild steel with a tube size of 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 3/32", which has been shot blasted, zinc coated, and finished with a proxy/polyester powder coating for enhanced durability. The roof is supported by curved mild steel beams, while the side panels are made of mild steel with pre-glazed 3/16" super strong polycarbonate glazing that includes UV protective coating. The product also comes with a 10-year warranty against discoloration on the roof and side panels. It is essential to prepare a solid, level base for installation, which typically requires 4-6 hours for two qualified workpeople. All mounting fixings are included, and the shelter is delivered flat-packed on a pallet with complete assembly instructions. Note that due to Florida building code regulations, wind load requirements in Florida range from 130 mph to 180 mph, and certain shelters cannot be sold without the necessary engineering service at an additional cost.
