The No Butts 4-Sided Smoking Shelter SR1559-F-BLK is a freestanding structure measuring 10'4"W x 3'6"D x 7'11"H, featuring a super strong yet lightweight black steel frame with an aluminum composite roof. This smoking shelter provides clear side panels and is easy to assemble by simply bolting the components together, creating a designated smoking area that complies with smoking ban legislation. The mild steel frame has a tube size of 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 3/32", which is shot blasted, zinc coated, and proxy/polyester powder-coated to enhance durability. The roof is supported by curved mild steel beams and is designed for high impact resistance with a UV protective coating, while the mild steel side panels are pre-glazed, utilizing 3/16" super strong polycarbonate glazing with a UV protective layer. This product comes with a 10-year warranty against discoloration on the roof and side panels and requires a solid, level base for installation. Assembly typically takes 4 to 6 hours with two qualified workers, and all mounting fixings are included. The shelter is delivered flat-packed on a pallet with full assembly instructions. It is important to note that due to Florida building codes, the wind-load requirement in Florida ranges from 130 mph to 180 mph, and some shelters cannot be sold in the state. Shelters sold to Florida will require engineering services at an additional cost, with site-specific engineered drawings and calculations for building code compliance available if needed.
