The Super Strong 4-Sided Smoking Shelter is constructed with a tough yet lightweight black steel frame and features a clear curved roof along with clear side panels. This shelter is designed for easy assembly by simply bolting the components together, creating a designated freestanding smoking area that complies with smoking ban legislation. The frame is made of mild steel with a tube size of 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 3/32", and the surface is shot blasted, zinc coated, and proxy/polyester powder coated for enhanced durability. The roof is supported by curved mild steel beams and is made from 5/8" cellular multiwall polycarbonate, offering strong impact resistance and a UV protective coating. The side panels consist of pre-glazed mild steel with surface fixing rivets and are equipped with 3/16" super strong polycarbonate glazing, also with a UV protective coating. This product includes a 10-year warranty against discoloration on both the roof and side panels. It requires a solid, level base for installation, and assembly typically takes 4 to 6 hours with two qualified workpeople. All necessary mounting fixings are provided, and the shelter is delivered flat-packed on a pallet, complete with full assembly instructions. Due to Florida building codes, the wind-load requirements in Florida range from 130 MPH to 180 MPH, meaning some shelters cannot be sold in the state; all shelters sold to Florida will require engineering services at an additional cost, along with site-specific engineered drawings and calculations for building code compliance, also available at an additional cost if necessary.
