The Super Strong 4-Sided Smoking Shelter features a tough yet light black steel frame with a clear curved roof and clear side panels, designed for easy assembly by simply bolting the components together to create a designated freestanding smoking area compliant with smoking ban legislation. It includes a mild steel frame with tube sizes of 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 3/32", which is shot blasted, zinc coated, and finished with proxy/polyester powder coating for enhanced durability. The roof is supported by curved mild steel beams and constructed with 5/8" cellular multiwall polycarbonate, providing high impact resistance and UV protection. The mild steel side panels come pre-glazed with surface-fixing rivets, featuring 3/16" super strong polycarbonate glazing that also includes UV protective coating. This shelter has a 10-year warranty against discoloration on both the roof and side panels. It requires a solid, level base for installation, and assembly time is typically between 4 to 6 hours for two qualified workers, with all mounting fixings supplied. The product is delivered flat-packed on a pallet with comprehensive assembly instructions. It is important to note that due to Florida building codes, wind-load requirements range from 130 mph to 180 mph, and some shelters cannot be sold in Florida. Shelters sold in Florida will require engineering services at an additional cost, and site-specific engineered drawings and calculations for building code compliance are available at an additional cost if needed.
