The Super Strong 4-Sided Smoking Shelter features a tough yet lightweight black steel frame with a clear curved roof and clear side panels, designed to create a designated freestanding smoking area compliant with smoking ban legislation. The mild steel frame has a tube size of 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 3/32", shot blasted, zinc coated, and proxy/polyester powder-coated for enhanced durability. The roof is supported by curved mild steel beams and consists of a 5/8" cellular multiwall polycarbonate that is strong, durable, and has high impact resistance with a UV protective coating. The side panels are made of mild steel, pre-glazed with 3/16" super strong polycarbonate glazing, also featuring a UV protective coating. This product carries a 10-year warranty against discoloration on the roof and side panels and requires a solid, level base for installation. Assembly typically takes 4 - 6 hours for two qualified workpeople, with all mounting fixings supplied and delivered flat-packed on a pallet with comprehensive assembly instructions. For shelters sold in Florida, due to the building code, the wind-load specifications range from 130 mph to 180 mph, and site-specific engineered drawings and calculations for compliance with building codes are available at an additional cost if required.
