The Super Strong 4-Sided Smoking Shelter features a tough yet lightweight black steel frame with a clear curved roof and clear side panels, designed for easy assembly by bolting together. This freestanding smoking area complies with smoking ban legislation and is constructed from a mild steel frame with a tube size of 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 3/32". The frame undergoes shot blasting, zinc coating, and a proxy/polyester powder coating to enhance durability. The roof is supported by curved mild steel beams and constructed with 5/8" cellular multiwall polycarbonate, which offers high impact resistance and UV protective coating. The side panels are made of mild steel and pre-glazed with surface-fixing rivets, utilizing 3/16" super strong polycarbonate glazing with UV protection. This product comes with a 10-year warranty against discoloration on both roof and side panels. It requires a solid, level base for installation, with assembly typically taking 4 to 6 hours for two qualified individuals. All mounting fixings are included, and the shelter is delivered flat-packed on a pallet with comprehensive assembly instructions. Note that due to Florida building code, the wind-load in Florida is rated between 130 mph and 180 mph, with specific engineered services required at additional cost for installation in Florida.
