The No Butts Open Front Smoking Shelter SR1588-BLK features half side panels with dimensions of 13'9"W x 7'D x 7'11"H, constructed with an aluminum composite roof and a robust black steel frame. This super strong, freestanding smoking shelter is designed for easy assembly with bolt-together components and creates a designated smoking area that complies with smoking ban legislation. The mild steel frame includes tubes sized 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 3/32", which are shot blasted, zinc coated, and powder coated with proxy/polyester for enhanced durability. The roof is supported by curved mild steel beams, while the shelter features clear side panels made of 3/16" super strong polycarbonate glazing with UV protective coating. The mild steel side panels come pre-glazed with surface fixing rivets. This product includes a 10-year warranty against discoloration on the roof and side panels. Proper installation requires a solid, level base; assembly typically takes 4 to 6 hours for two qualified workpeople, with all mounting fixings provided. The shelter is delivered flat-packed on a pallet, complete with full assembly instructions. Please note that due to Florida building code, the wind load requirements in Florida range from 130 MPH to 180 MPH, and certain shelters cannot be sold in Florida. Shelters sold in Florida will require engineering services at an additional cost, with site-specific engineering drawings and calculations for building code compliance also available at an additional cost if required.
