This four-sided smoking shelter is designed for easy assembly by bolting components together, creating a designated freestanding smoking area that complies with smoking ban legislation. The mild steel frame has a tube size of 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 3/32", which is shot blasted, zinc coated, and coated with proxy/polyester for enhanced durability. The roof is supported by curved mild steel beams and made from aluminum composite, ensuring high impact resistance and UV protection. The side panels are made of mild steel and come pre-glazed with rivets, featuring 3/16" polycarbonate glazing that also has UV protective properties. The shelter includes a 10-year warranty against discoloration on both the roof and side panels and requires a solid, level base for installation. Assembly typically takes 4 to 6 hours for two qualified workers, and all necessary mounting fixings are supplied. The product is delivered flat-packed on a pallet with complete assembly instructions.
