The No Butts Open Front Smoking Shelter SR1585-BLK features a half side panel design with dimensions of 13'9"W x 3'6"D x 7'11"H, constructed with an aluminum composite roof and a robust black steel frame. This super strong, yet lightweight smoking shelter is designed for easy assembly by bolting the components together, creating a designated freestanding smoking area that adheres to smoking ban legislation. The frame is made from mild steel with a tube size of 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 3/32," which is shot blasted, zinc coated, and finished with a proxy/polyester powder coating for enhanced durability. The roof is supported by curved mild steel beams, while the clear side panels are composed of 3/16" super strong polycarbonate glazing that includes a UV protective coating. The shelter comes with a 10-year warranty against discoloration on both the roof and side panels. It requires a solid, level base for installation and typically takes 4 to 6 hours for two qualified workers to assemble, with all mounting fixings provided. The product is delivered flat-packed on a pallet along with full assembly instructions. It is important to note that due to Florida building code requirements, the wind-load for shelters in Florida is between 130 mph and 180 mph, and additional engineering services may be necessary for compliance at an extra cost.
