This shelter offers easy assembly as it simply bolts together, creating a designated freestanding smoking area that complies with smoking ban legislation. The mild steel frame has a tube size of 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 3/32" and is shot blasted, zinc coated, and finished with proxy/polyester powder coating for enhanced durability. The roof is supported by curved mild steel beams and features high impact-resistant aluminum composite with a UV protective coating. Mild steel side panels come pre-glazed with surface fixing rivets, utilizing 3/16" super strong polycarbonate glazing with a UV protective coating. It includes a 10-year warranty against discoloration on the roof and side panels. The shelter requires a solid, level base for fixing, and assembly typically takes 4 to 6 hours for two qualified workpeople, with all mounting fixings supplied.
