The No Butts Open Front Smoking Shelter SR1583-BLK features half side panels with dimensions of 7'W x 3'6"D x 7'11"H and includes a robust aluminum composite roof. This super strong, freestanding smoking shelter is constructed with a lightweight yet durable black steel frame and an aluminum curved roof complemented by clear side panels. The easy assembly requires bolting the parts together, and it is designed to create a designated smoking area compliant with smoking ban legislation. The mild steel frame, with a tube size of 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 3/32", is shot blasted, zinc-coated, and proxy/polyester powder coated for enhanced durability. The roof is supported by curved mild steel beams and features high-impact resistant aluminum composite material with a UV protective coating. The side panels utilize 3/16" super strong polycarbonate glazing with a UV protective coating and are pre-glazed with surface fixing rivets. The shelter comes with a 10-year warranty against discoloration on the roof and side panels, and requires a solid, level base for installation. Assembly typically takes 4 to 6 hours for two qualified workers, and all mounting fixings are supplied. The unit is delivered flat-packed on a pallet with comprehensive assembly instructions. Note that due to Florida building code, the wind-load requirement is between 130 MPH to 180 MPH, and shelters sold to Florida will necessitate an engineering service at an additional cost.
