The Super Strong Open Front Smoking Shelter features a tough yet lightweight black steel frame with a clear curved roof and clear half side panels, designed for easy assembly by simply bolting together. This freestanding smoking area adheres to smoking ban legislation, with a mild steel frame constructed from 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 3/32" tubing that is shot blasted, zinc coated, and finished with a proxy/polyester powder coating for enhanced durability. The roof is supported by curved mild steel beams and constructed with 5/8" cellular multiwall polycarbonate, offering high impact resistance and a UV protective coating. The mild steel side panels come pre-glazed with surface fixing rivets and use 3/16" super strong polycarbonate glazing that also features a UV protective coating. The shelter includes a 10-year warranty against discoloration on the roof and side panels, and it requires a solid, level base for fixing. Assembly typically takes 4 - 6 hours for 2 qualified workpeople, with all mounting fixings supplied. The shelter is delivered flat-packed on a pallet along with full assembly instructions. Note that due to Florida building code requirements, the wind-load specifications range from 130 mph to 180 mph, and additional engineering services are required at an extra cost for shelters sold in Florida.
